Destination Report: Amsterdam

Impressions from a Vibrant City

Amsterdam, center of activity and business in the Netherlands, has quite a number of unique factors of attraction: its architecture, its seaside setting, its cultural attractivty and its liveliness make it a top spot for any holiday break.

No matter what time of year, Amsterdam never fails to impress -- however, spring and summer certainly bring out the best in the city, with many outdoor activities to be experienced.

After having studied in the Netherlands some 15 years ago, I recently went back to see this fascinating place during a weekend breack. What I brought back was some typical and unusual fotographic impressions from a lovely and mesmerising place.

... and more Tulips!

Anybody else has been to Amsterdam lately...?
